Mt. Erie will be August 12 from 4:30-6
Johnsonville will be August 12 from 5-6:30
CMS and CHS will be August 19 from 5-6

North Wayne CUSD 200 is looking for an individual aide for the 26-27 school year. The successful applicant will accompany a student to the annex school (in Norris City) daily.
North Wayne CUSD will provide transportation to and from Norris City (bus).
Approximate work hours will be 7-3.
Anticipated pay is 16.67 without a paraprofessional certificate or 18.80 with the certificate.
Anyone interested should email Mr. Ellis (aellis@northwayne.net) by July 2 with a current resume, letter of interest, and at least two references or letters of recommendation. The anticipated start date is August 12th. For questions, please email Mr. Ellis or call the unit office at 673-2151.

I hope this email finds you well. I want to thank everyone for another great year at North Wayne. Our goal is always to provide the best possible educational experience for our students, and I think we were able to accomplish that once again. With that being said, we are starting to plan for next year. Here are some dates and noteworthy information.

2. CEP - We are excited to announce that we have been approved to continue the CEP program for 26-27. This means that all students in the district can eat breakfast and lunch free of charge. A big thank you to all of those who put work in behind the scenes to make this happen once again.

The CHS softball originally scheduled to be played at Red Hill today (5/20) has been moved to South Central with a 4:30 start time. The address for the field is 612 E 1st St, Kinmundy, IL 62854.

The CHS softball game @ Red Hill today (5/19) has been moved up to a 4:00 pm start time. The bus will now leave at 2:00 today.

Attention CHS Female Atheletes-- StrongHER is returning this Summer!

StrongHER is available for all CHS Freshmen – Senior female athletes!

June 8th – July 30th
Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm (StrongHER will follow right after Volleyball Open Gyms on conflicting dates!)
NO CLASS 6/29 – 7/10 (StrongHER will resume 7/13)

StrongHER Goals
Learn proper movement patterns (squats, hinge, etc.)
Improve agility and athletic performance
Build confidence in both female athletes and their sports

CHS Students and Parents-

Part of the CHS graduation requirements is to complete 24 hours of community service during your senior year. This Friday would be a great opportunity for you to get started on that requirement. Please see the attachment for more details and reach out to Ms. Braden with any questions !
