Good Evening,
It is with sadness that we report that 8th grader Owen Bailey lost his life this evening in a side by side accident. Owen was an outgoing young man who never met a stranger. He will be missed greatly. Please join me in lifting up his family and friends in prayer.
We will have grief counselors available tomorrow at Cisne Middle School as we navigate through this tragedy with our students.

The CHS baseball game on 3/17/26 has been moved to Wednesday, March 18th at the same time of 4:30 pm. The game is now being played at Southeastern Illinois College.

The Tuesday, 3/17/26 baseball game at Galatia has been cancelled due to cold temperatures and wet field conditions. We have not found a reschedule date yet, but hope to do so soon. I will let you all know if/when that happens. Let me know if you have any questions.
