Free Children's Orthopedic clinic Wednesday August 20th.

North Wayne CUSD 200 is bringing a hunter's safety course back to our district this year. This will be part of our community connections initiative.
We hosted a class a few years ago and the response was great. The dates this year will be Friday (evening) Sept 26 and Saturday Sept 27. (The location will be either CMS or CHS)
Once we have exact information from the gentleman leading the class, we will pass that along. He has informed me that a few things have changed regarding online registration and
number of attendees. Stay tuned for more information.

North Wayne CUSD 200 is looking to fill two coaching vacancies. These are both for the spring (2026) season and will be for Cisne High School.

1. Head Softball Coach (CHS), stipend is $2,295
2. Assistant Baseball Coach (CHS), stipend is $1,299

We are excited to announce the dates for Dual Credit Orientation. We will offer face-to-face options across IECC campuses and two virtual sessions as well for those who cannot attend in person. We are sending postcards out to registered students, but we would love if you could share the info through your school media platforms and messaging systems as well. Valuable information will be presented which is applicable to any Dual Credit student. Specific information and instructions will be shared in preparation for the 2025-2026 academic year. Students who will be taking classes on campus, and/or online Dual Credit classes are strongly encouraged to attend.

Online registration
Open from July 28 - Aug 10
How to access this - Simply go to teacherease.com (or the app if you have it) and you will be prompted to register your child from that point.

In person registration
In person registration will be from 8-3 (at each school in the district) on August 5th and 6th.

Online Registration -
Online student registration will open July 28th through Teacher Ease and remain open through August 10th. To complete registration log-in to teacher ease and you will be prompted to complete registration. In-person registration will be available Aug 5 or 6 from 8-3 at your student's school. We are excited to announce the launch of our new website coming at the end of July. Our goal with this new website is to provide families and students an easy way to learn about district events and happenings. The new website will give better access to calendar events, school forms, classroom content, and sports information. We will be constantly updating content and we hope it will be a helpful resource for everyone. We are also working with apple to develop a user friendly app version of the website. This might happen after the launch of the website, but we will keep everyone updated as we progress.

North Wayne CUSD 200 is looking for a part-time aide. Duties would include working at Cisne Middle School as both a cafeteria and study hall aide. Approximate work hours are 11:10-2:40 daily. It is possible that this person will also work from 8:15-10:15 as a bus aide for the Norris City (annex) route.
