Kate Endsley won the local level competition for this year’s VFW Patriot’s Pen essay contest. This year’s theme was, “How Are You Showing Patriotism and Support For Our Country?” Kate then moved on to the VFW District 13 competition, where she won 3rd place! Congratulations, Kate!

The winners will be announced at the opening reception on Saturday, January 24th at 6pm. The exhibition will be on display at Cedarhurst Museum in Mount Vernon, IL from January 25- March 8.
