As part of continued school improvement the state requires all schools participate in the 5Essential Survey. Teachers, students and parents are asked to complete the survey using the website listed below. Your son or daughter will be given time at school to complete this. The survey is designed to gather information for us to better serve our students. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
